Quantum-resilient security that fits real systems.

INVICRA develops software for quantum-resilient symmetric cryptographic protection of files and data in systems where current migration paths are difficult to fit due to lifecycle, integration constraints, or operational sensitivity.

The problem

For many organisations, quantum resilience is not mainly an algorithm problem. The real challenge is that operational systems often cannot absorb more complexity without increased risk. Long-lived data, hardware constraints, dependencies, and the cost of change make current migration paths too heavy or too rigid for real deployment.

The solution

INVICRA builds on established quantum-safe cryptographic building blocks, but focuses on a more deployable model for symmetric data protection. Our software is designed to reduce dependence on long-lived externally handled derived keys and make cryptographic protection easier to adapt to systems with different technical and operational constraints.

The goal is not yet another primitive. The goal is to make strong symmetric cryptography practically usable where current solutions are a poor fit.

Where it fits

The solution is especially relevant for long-lived data, backup and archive, critical infrastructure, industrial environments, and constrained, offline or air-gapped systems where operational simplicity and controlled integration are critical.

Current focus

INVICRA is currently in MVP and pilot phase. We are looking for pilot environments, integration partners, and collaborations to validate the solution in real systems and take it forward toward structured deployment.

Next step

If you work with long-lived data or systems where quantum-resilient migration is difficult to fit in practice, we welcome a conversation about pilot, integration, or partnership.
